Overtime that turns into summer Fridays

40-hour weeks for most of the year and 48-hour weeks in March and April. Every hour over 40 is banked at 1.5 times and taken as Fridays off in July, August and September, when weeks drop to 32 hours: eight tax-season Saturdays become twelve summer Fridays. Flexible start times on powder days.
